Prateek has extensive experience in commercial laws, corporate laws, infrastructure projects and mergers & acquisitions in oil & gas, renewable energy, airports, railways, roadways, urban infrastructure and ports sectors.
Prateek advises concession authorities, developers, investors, EPC and O&M providers on tendering / bidding, regulatory, project development and operational issues. He has acted for investors on the acquisition of power, ports, oil & gas and other infrastructure projects. Prateek also advises on aircraft / rig chartering and sale transactions.
